各位家長，大家好!
「輕輕鬆鬆中文班」自開辦以來，不知不覺已完成十年的教學服務。
當年移居紐西蘭，希望運用多年累積的語文教學經驗，協助世界各地以廣東話為主的家庭，為孩子建立有效的中文讀寫學習教材，利用簡單的電腦設備將之上載到網站，並於女兒就讀的小學租借課室，計劃以兩個月作為試行實體教學。意想不到學生人數由最初五、六人逐步增加，其後成立非牟利團體直至近年在讀學生超過百人。起初家長需陪同孩子上課以協助學習；後來因課室空間有限，遂開始招募導師。有些孩子從學習「一」字開始，數年間完成整個課程，更愛上唐詩；亦有同學成為我們的小老師，協助初學者踏出第一步。
對於每一位以義務方式協助的老師，我們都深懷感恩，他們是這個課程的守護天使。
亦衷心感謝各個家庭多年來的支持、理解與珍惜。
由於本人已接近退休年齡，如現階段未尋得合適人仕接手，「輕輕鬆鬆中文班」將於 2026 年 2 月 20 日起暫停收生；我們將繼續協助該日期前報名及在讀學生完成課程為止。

週六課
地點﹕2/230 Wellington Street, Howick, Auckland 初級組 時間1:30 - 3:00 高級組 時間3:30 - 5:00 費用﹕每學期8星期 - 70元 |

語言除了是我們溝通的工具，還承載了世世代代生活的記憶，這些記憶一代一代的傳播下去，成為民族文化。語言就是文化的基石，文化多樣性是人類的珍貴遺產。要維持文化多樣性，就要保護代表不同文化的地方語言。
作為以廣東話為母語的家長，為了讓下一代認識自己文化的根源，我們是責無旁貸的把廣東話及繁體字傳承下去。
Mission Statement:
Language, as a tool of communication, carries the memories of many generations and is the cornerstone of a culture. Hidden in language, there are footprints of how a culture changes through time, and how history and culture helped to transform or enrich a language. As such, dialect holds a very important role in maintaining cultural diversity in a society and is a precious heritage of mankind.
As parents with Cantonese as our mother tongue, we believe that it is our responsibility to pass on Cantonese and Traditional Chinese characters, in order to ensure that our next generation can understand their own cultural roots.

- 為以母語為廣東話的新一代鞏固母語基礎
- 為以母語為廣東話的家庭作出協助與支援
- 讓更多非以廣東話為母語之人士認識廣東話
- 透過活動如：童謠、舞蹈、律動、手工藝、故事認識中國文化
- 介紹繁體字基本結構及書寫基礎筆順。
- Strengthen the language foundation of those children who use Cantonese as their home language
- Provide support & guidance to families which home language is Cantonese
- Provide an opportunity for non-Cantonese speakers to learn about the language and culture
- Learn Chinese culture through rhymes, dance, crafts and stories
- Introduce the structure and origin of Traditional Chinese characters
